Just Kegel Timer is a simple, focused Apple Watch app designed to help you perform Kegel exercises with proper timing and guidance. The app guides you through a complete workout routine with haptic feedback and visual cues.
Starting a Workout: Press the play button (▶) to begin your exercise routine.
During Exercise: Follow the on-screen instructions. The app will show "Squeeze" during contraction phases and "Relax" during rest periods. Haptic feedback will help guide your timing.
Pausing: Press the pause button (⏸) to pause the timer at any time.
Resetting: Press the reset button (↻) to return to the beginning.
Yes! The app is designed to keep running even when the screen dims. You'll continue to receive haptic feedback, and the timer will keep counting in the background.
A complete workout takes approximately 3-4 minutes: Phase 1 (long holds) takes about 3 minutes and 20 seconds, followed by Phase 2 (quick pulses) which takes about 20 seconds.
